Two impactful institutional roundtables were organized by TDB on the islands of Mauritius and Seychelles in the summer of 2017. The first roundtable, held in Mauritius was attended by TDB institutional shareholders, investors, as well as the Honorable Marie Joseph Noel-Etienne Ghislain, Minister of Social Security, Reform Institutions and Environment and Sustainable Development, who was the Bank’s Guest of Honor.

The second roundtable, which took place in Seychelles a month later, was designed to assemble a wide range of African investors in order to share experiences, best practices and challenges faced by finance practitioners in the region. The event was also an opportunity for prospective investors to better understand the benefits of Class B shares from existing TDB shareholders.
